It has a private door entrance along our outdoor walkway & a sliding door that leads to our outdoor patio/courtyard. We are happy if you would like to use this area for outdoor meals etc, but it is the space between our house & your studio so may be shared at times. It has all you need for a short stay on the Gold Coast!

NOT child or infant suitable. Set back from the street up a long driveway, no parking onsite so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.
