Listing set-up
We will help you create your listing if you are a first-time host.There are more than 20 steps, so we will go through them together, explaining each one.
Guest messaging
We will advise you on the appropriate wording in situations where you are having difficulty responding.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning is one of the most important tasks.We will advise you on how to clean and arrange your space with the guest's gaze in mind.You can also visit the site regularly and hold study sessions with the host community in the area.
Listing photography
A minimum of 50 photos must be prepared.We also advise on the arrangement of photos with a story, combining pull and approach, and on the precautions to be taken when taking photos with a smartphone.You can also visit the site regularly and hold study sessions with the host community in the area.
Interior design and styling
I advise on creating a space that touches the sensibilities of guests, such as the concept of the listing, seasonal changes, colouring, replacement of fixtures, and communication through the guestbook.
Licensing and hosting permits
We will provide advice on the notification procedure for the new private lodging law, exclusively for first-time hosts.
