Let's create a listing that you can manage on your own for a long time. We'll help you make the most of your space by creating a clean environment, coming up with amenities, and offering strategic pricing. Setting prices and availability

We help you achieve your revenue goals with dynamic pricing tailored to inbound demand, as well as area-specific events. We propose the best management strategies for those who operate sublets in particular.

Booking request management

We'll help you respond quickly and accurately to questions and adjust requests to help you get bookings from quality guests.

Guest messaging

We are generally available from 9: 00 am to 6: 00 pm. We will respond to messages and provide emergency support for those who are not always online, such as when traveling.

Onsite guest support

Support is available in Japanese and English. We've experienced most of the problems because we manage multiple private lodgings. Basically, we're available from 10 am to 6 pm, but please let us know if you need anything. We're flexible.

Cleaning and maintenance

We will advise you on selecting easy-to-clean interiors and installing equipment to keep your accommodation clean and comfortable at all times. We can also arrange for reliable cleaning staff and help with quality checks as needed. We'll make sure your space is clean and comfortable for your guests while minimizing your cleaning burden!

Licensing and hosting permits

We are qualified as a residential accommodation management company and will support you in operating your business in compliance with the law. We will achieve stable private lodging management while preventing problems before they occur with a safe and secure management system.

Additional services

We offer "Spot Support" (for a fee) so you can easily consult us about questions and responses regarding accommodation management. It's perfect for when you want to consult, but not to the extent of hiring a co-host, such as booking, guest support, cleaning management, and legal confirmation. please feel free to ask.

Very responsive and helpful hosts. The listing is a very cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood, close to Oshiage Station near Skytree and Asakusa, which can be accessed by both Haneda and Narita airports without needing to switch lines. If you like a more quiet setting this is a perfect place to book!

The owner is very responsive, helpful, and attentive to guests. Easy to walk to the subway. Easy to walk to the subway. The subway station in Tokyo Skytree is easier to walk. Just turn left out of the house and walk straight up. Within Tokyo Skytree, there are many other shops to choose from, such as Disney shop, Daiso, Uniquo. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

I am very happy to take my family to Meg's B&B in Japan for the second time, because it is very convenient to stay near Skytree, there is a direct way to Disney and Odaiba, the room is also very clean and fully equipped.

This apartment is a typical Japanese house, cosy with lots of charm. It corresponds pretty much to the description on the website. The house is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the big city but easily accessible by public transport. Keiko and the other hosts are extremely friendly and quick to communicate, and no questions were left unanswered. There were two of us staying in the house and we can highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculate and exactly as depicted in the photos. The host thoughtfully provided everything we needed, including a baby bed, towels, and kitchen essentials, which made our week-long stay with two babies much easier. We truly appreciated the flexibility of early check-in and late check-out, and the host was incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had promptly. Highly recommend for families!

We loved our stay here. We were a family of four and everything that we needed for 4 days was available. We were able to cook to our liking and the house was just right with all things necessary for a comfortable stay! It's very close to the skytree and is very close to the train station that made travelling easy with children!
