As an experienced host I know how to get your place at 80%+ occupancy. Through experience I know how to attract the guests.

Booking request management

Many hosts limit potential customers with too many restrictions, I keep everything open and find a way to maximize bookings.

Guest messaging

I message with guests around the clock. Everything will be streamlined you won't have to do anything.

Onsite guest support

I notice guests love self check in but if you don't want a lockbox someone from my team can greet the guests.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have an experienced team of multiple cleaners who I trust and do amazing. They can be used for the cleaning between guests

Listing photography

My philosophy is it's better to have more than not enough! You never hear someone complain there is too many pictures.

Interior design and styling

I am happy to give design tips or fix the space up a unique and enticing way to attract the customers and stand out.

Licensing and hosting permits

As a host myself I am already registered with the tourist office and collect the tourist tax/customer details/ printing cards
