I myself manage all bookings, and only accept bookings that specifically meet your criteria. I never accept sketchy bookings.
Guest messaging
I am online 24/7, unless of course I am asleep! I encourage guests to call me during those hours and am always here to help.
Onsite guest support
If anything were to go wrong, I would fully handle it and would not need to contact the host unless absolutely necessary.
Cleaning and maintenance
We have cleaners who we know and trust. All cleaners will clean with me before being vetted to work with us full time.
Listing photography
Depending on the hosts budget, either I or a photographer of their choosing can take photos and retouch them to their liking.
Interior design and styling
Each unit I design has immense thought and consideration to ensure the unit performs well and is easy to maintain!
Licensing and hosting permits
Thankfully, I have been working as a host for over a year and a half and know the ins and outs of how to do things lawfully.
Additional services
I can also paint, offer structural suggestions, build websites, and advertise your units! A jack of all trades if you will!

We stay in the cabins quite often as we have family nearby. The cabins are newly renovated and beautiful. It is neat and clean and directions to get in are prompt.
