Organized pictures, wrote descriptions, set rules, and even made a guest book we leave at the house.
Setting prices and availability
We currently use Pricelabs and love it, but there is always the Smart Pricing option for Airbnb as well.
Booking request management
I read the guest message and look at their profile and reviews. Before I accept they have to verbally agree to house rules.
Guest messaging
I am a stay at home mom, so as soon as I get a message I am available to reply. I respond within the hour.
Onsite guest support
Available for phone calls and onsite assistance if needed.
Cleaning and maintenance
I am available to check property before and after guests are there, ensuring no cleaning/maintenance is missed.
