Accepting a booking is the first impression you make when someone books your property. Keep it polite and professional.
Guest messaging
The sooner the better! Don’t sit on a message from a guest. Reply promptly so they know you’re available should they need you

It’s often a great idea to meet guests when they arrive so show them around and shake their hand. also available by phone.

Think of what you’d like to see if you were looking to stay at an Airbnb. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen looking clean!!
Interior design and styling
Make sure your property is neutral. No photos or personal information left around. Don’t be afraid to make a design statement

Fantastic apartment. We stayed for a few days while attending our son’s graduation ceremony at Nottingham Uni. We would definitely book Jamie’s home again.
