I live in Exeter so usually I am local, I can also manage emergencies via phone and do this effectively as far as Lyme Regis.
Cleaning and maintenance
I can arrange cleaning for properties in Exeter to be charged separately to the managed rate.
Listing photography
Happy to assist with setting up and photographing the property.
Interior design and styling
I have a good eye in making sure properties look homely and inviting.
Licensing and hosting permits
I am experienced at following the regulations set by Airbnb and will happily guide you.
