Listing set-up

With ad agency experience, my creativity allows me to target high paying AirBnB guests via high-impact visual skills.

Setting prices and availability

I combine data with a hospital welcome. I use real time data, booking trends to change pricing daily based on market demand.

Booking request management

I vet guests to ensure your property is maintained. I chat to AirBnB to make claims via there host damage protection cover.

Guest messaging

I personalise the experience for guests. I video call them so they see it's a real person co-hosting not a company.

Onsite guest support

I get 5* guest reviews. Lock box gives guests remote access. I support resolving any unforeseen as I am calm in a crisis.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have a pre-existing cleaner/maintenance. It's £20 per hour for cleaning & £30 per wash load. I co-ordinate it all for you.

Listing photography

My visual skills help me to inject my creativity and flair into photo shoots to increase profit. By creating the right vibe.

Interior design and styling

I can add those feel good warming touches that make your listing shine. I optimise headlines, descriptions to drive bookings

Licensing and hosting permits

I support by researching to form a strategic plan. Working with architects to gain planning permission this service is £200.

Additional services

I will empower & coaching you to earn an income via AirBnB & even become a Superhost. A one off Mentoring session is £200.
