Listing set-up
Support includes development of listing to highlight key amenities and features with SEO optimized copy to boost visibility
Setting prices and availability
I continuously analyze market space to ensure pricing is dynamic and competitive to maximize earnings based on availability.
Booking request management
Support monitoring and validating booking inquiries and requests as well as accepting/declining based on host's guidelines.
Guest messaging
Support handling guest messaging with an expected response rate of 2 hours for messages received between 6am to 8pm ET.
Onsite guest support
Available 7am to 8pm to support guests with questions and issues. Some support outside my scope may need to be outsourced.
Cleaning and maintenance
I personally perform all set-up. Cleaning is performed by a team, which I oversee. Maintenance support may be limited.
Interior design and styling
Services for design and styling ensure guests feel comfortable, equipped, and indulged with some simple luxury details.
Additional services
Maintain house manual/guide online via Touchstay and provide up to date local guide for guests to explore the area.
Listing photography
I would recommend a local professional photographer for listing photos.
