Listing set-up
I can help you determine who your market is and write a plan to reach them. You determine the amount of profit and risk.
Setting prices and availability
My rates vary between $60 and $90 an hour, depending on the job. I have great support staff who have very reasonable rates.
Booking request management
I prefer the low risk options and over the years have worked out the safest way to handle bookings.
Guest messaging
I always respond quickly. You have to.
Onsite guest support
If I can't be there I will find someone who can.
Cleaning and maintenance
Super clean is super important. Our cleaners have a checklist and a rewards scheme to ensure things go well.
Listing photography
Professional photography costs are around $500 a listing. iPhone pics are less and you can upgrade later.
Interior design and styling
You need good design, but it doesn't have to cost the earth. I was the Decorating Editor for BH&G Magazine and love styling.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can help you comply with State Government regulations. There are also insurance and tax regulations you need to know about.
Additional services
Do you need a website or Fb page? I can also help with social media marketing, if appropriate.
