I have templates & custom messaging that is included in my package. I focus on personal attention and getting to know guests.
Interior design and styling
I can help provide tips & tricks to draw more attention to your property. Purchasing and staging items is an additional fee.
Licensing and hosting permits
I am happy to walk you through the legality of running a rental property. There is a lot to know and a lot to learn.
Booking request management
I will manage all booking inquiries and vet all guests to ensure they are a good match for your space.
Onsite guest support
If I am needed on-site, I have availability to help locally. If I am not available in-person, I have teams in place to help.
Cleaning and maintenance
My team can provide cleaning services at an additional cost (depending on size of space) as well as maintenance.
Listing photography
Photography is not included. I can take photos and retouch them, but these are not professional photos, which I recommend.
Additional services
I have ID verification and a vacation rental contract I can put in place for your security for an additional cost.
