The flat is well equipped and well furnished with all necessities you need in a a bohemienne way. If you want to live a very French experience, with a fantastic position in the marvellous Marais and with a view on the Paris roofs, despite the fifth floor, then this is the place you definitely are looking for. We love it, nice, cute and silently for a good sleep

Elie's place is a fabulous stay in Paris, this was my third visit to the City but by far the best accommodation. The space is not the biggest but that's exactly as described in the photos. Its a cosy space and the fact its divided from the main road from the main road by a courtyard gives great security. The location is perfectly close to 3 metro stations and walkable distance from Gare Du Nord. The Lime bikes outside the accommodation is a great way to see the city. There are an abundance of eateries on your doorstep so breakfast/lunch/dinner is sorted! We stayed with our 2y/o boy and he loved it, parents should be careful with kids wanting to climb the steps to the mezzanine level and the concrete floor however the pull out bed was perfect for my boy. Look forward to staying here again!

This is a very charming apt directly across from a beautiful church, and smack dab in the middle of the Marais - yet on a quiet street. It is an ideal location near a great variety of restaurants, cute shops, cafes and museums. I highly recommend.

We had a great few days in Paris. The location in the back house is very quiet and the proximity to the metro unbeatable. We particularly liked the many great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the place!

Great spot for a weekend stay! The apartment is small but perfect for a short trip. It's within 15 minutes of the Arc de Triomphe, and the nearby metro makes it easy to explore the whole city. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and the host was very responsive. The bathroom connects through the kitchenette, which might be a bit unconventional, but it worked just fine for a quick getaway.

Cathy's apartment is very well and centrally located. All shops and nice restaurants very close. Often that also means a lot of noise - but not here! We had restful and peaceful nights! The small bathroom in the bedroom did not bother us further. The apartment is compact and well appointed. For people with disabilities, the sometimes very steep stairs may be a challenge. We enjoyed our stay at Cathy's place.
