Guests with high ratings are booked instantly. Guests with no prior ratings are queried consistent with Owners priorities.

Guest messaging

I leverage the scheduled messages feature on the platform. Response to questions are typically within 15 minutes to an hour.

Onsite guest support

I respond to guest primarily via messaging on the platform. I will be physically present if needed, but always plan ahead.

Cleaning and maintenance

I coordinate and supervise cleaners for the Owner.
