Setting prices and availability
After we discuss your profit goals I can then set prices based on them still while staying competitive with other listings.
Booking request management
I can handle guests bookings by providing them with answers they may have prior and during their stay.
Guest messaging
I am readily available to answer any questions or inquiries with in 1 hour.
Onsite guest support
I am readily available to answer any questions or concerns guests may have. For longer stays I will check-in ore frequently.
Cleaning and maintenance
If needed I can help find a cleaning team and manage them for an additional fee.
Listing photography
I can find a trusted and talented photographer that can provide professional and beautiful photos for the listing.
Interior design and styling
I love interior design and after gathering ideas on what the feel for the home is I can then start putting pieces together.
Licensing and hosting permits
The property owners I have worked with take care of this but I can assist the owner of the property in this area as needed.
