Booking request management

I will manage all of your bookings and respond to guests inquires. Communicate detailed instructions about their stay.

Guest messaging

I live on the East Coast and have my phone nearby at all times. I typically reply to guest messages within the hour.

Onsite guest support

I support the Greater Boston area and surrounding suburbs. I am available for onsite guest support as needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I will facilitate housekeeping between guests and needed maintenance of your unit. I'm happy to work with your crew.

Listing photography

Good photographs makes your listing enticing. I highly recommend hiring a professional photographer.

Interior design and styling

I would love to work with you to bring your ideas and colors to life. I recommend hiring an interior designer.

Licensing and hosting permits

I will abide by your town/city's rules and regulations around STRs. Will observe HOA rules if applicable.
