Guest messaging

I reply within 1 hour, 100% of the time. I have backup support and am contactable outside 9-5, esp. for international guests

Onsite guest support

Our guests self check-in, but if issues arise, like a lockout, our team resolves them quickly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Cleaning and maintenance

Guests pay for cleaning & linen, which we coordinate. We have a strong network of trades, and owners pay them directly.

Listing photography

We assess existing photos and add ‘lifestyle’ or ‘location’ shots. Full sessions include professional retouching if needed.

Interior design and styling

With design experience, renovations, and global travel, I create unique spaces. I also offer trade contacts and discounts.

Licensing and hosting permits

I provide owners with info needed to meet NSW government & Owners Corp (in strata buildings) requirements to get approvals.

Additional services

I offer resources like forms and templates, free and & fee-based, downloadable from my site. I teach homeowners how to host.
