A compelling set of photos is vital to yr listing's success! I include 20 photos/listing, with captions that attract guests.
Interior design and styling
I have access to designers for an extra fee, and I am happy to share my deep knowledge of guest preferences with my Hosts.
Licensing and hosting permits
Many cities require a complex registration process. I have yrs of experience & can handle this for an extra $500 fee/listing.
