Prompt response is a must(30min) I put myself in the guests position. I don’t want to wait an hour to get a simple answer.

Hospitality is everything. I am available to solve issues onsite with in 30-60 minutes.
Cleaning and maintenance
I personally go in to inspect houses when they are cleaned so there is no room for mistakes.
Listing photography
I will take what’s necessary for your listing to stand out. Estimate is 6-8 photos. I do not retouch photos.
Interior design and styling
I put myself in the space and imagine what would make me feel at home I the space physically amd energetically.

Help utilize software to optimize profits.
