Curated Stay has experience with design and rental set-up and knows exactly what to buy and what not to buy for your rental.
Setting prices and availability
Our fee includes guest coordination, guest consumables (TP, PT, coffee, etc.), cleaner management and pricing software.
Booking request management
Curated Stay responds promptly to guest booking requests, as that is what keeps everything running smoothly!
Guest messaging
Curated Stay responds promptly to guest inquiries, as the guest needs quick support when trying to navigate the rental.
Onsite guest support
We respond in-person, as needed, and are available for quick response to our guests.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleanliness is priority! We coordinate cleanings to ensure they are completed in a timely manner in between guests.
Listing photography
Curated Stay is connected with talented, local photographers who can showcase your listing through stellar listing pictures.
Interior design and styling
We are able to help with the design and set-up of your rental. We know where to spend money designing and what areas not to.
Licensing and hosting permits
We are familiar with local regulations and can coach owners through the process, but do not currently offer permit services.
