Listing set-up
Listing creation assistance, review + editing. I advise on appealing titles and descriptions to attract your desired guests.
Setting prices and availability
I consider comparable listings, demand + seasonality, host's expenses + financial goals and I monitor and adjust as needed.
Booking request management
Before accepting a reservation, I ensure that guest has a fully verified account and a minimum 4-star rating + read reviews.
Guest messaging
I reply to guest messages asap and provide guests with my cell phone for immediate/emergency contact. Offline from 8pm - 8am.
Onsite guest support
I provide guest with my cell phone for immediate assistance. I assist host with creating a home guidebook for guests.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning services are available under a separate agreement. I thoroughly clean, disinfect, and reset listing for next guests.
Listing photography
I photograph listing, highlighting unique attributes. I select, organize and edit a minimum of 20 photographs of listing.
Interior design and styling
I work with host's style and add texture, warmth, tranquility + interest to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Licensing and hosting permits
I advise hosts to consult with their municipality for compliance requirements.
Additional services
Airbnb success coaching. Space analysis walk-through. Interior design services are available under a separate agreement.
