I go through all the steps necessary to get your listing live and stand out in the market your in.
Setting prices and availability
I always aim for the higher percentile of property comparison prices. It's important you know where you stand and wedge in.
Booking request management
I manage all of that for you. No need to get involved unless you want to.
Guest messaging
I integrate with a property management software and have all the messaging ready after completing onboarding.
Onsite guest support
If needed we can discuss on site guest support and how we can be onsite as often as needed.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning services and light maintenance can be provided. Any serious maintenance, we seek licensed and insured companies.
Listing photography
I provide listing photography services and elevate your properties visual appeal to increase booking and revenue.
Interior design and styling
I can provide interior design and styling to your property and helping you make interior decor decisions.
Licensing and hosting permits
I have worked with clients through licensing and pemits and this endeavor expedites onboarding and go-live for your property
