Ashley's place was perfect for my stay in Florida. I had limited items I could bring and her place supplied them; shampoo, shower gel, coffee, and q-tips (that was a big one). The deck was fantastic every morning to enjoy my coffee and the area was quiet but not secluded. Very friendly folks there. This was a perfect location for me.

The place is very close to the beaches and also downtown, recommend it to travelers who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the fun stuff in St Pete. It's a cozy spot with the most beautiful tree. Ashley was very communicative and fast to reply and help.

Ashley was very communicative. Clear instructions about the home. Would’ve liked an earlier check in, however that wasn’t possible unless we wanted to pay an additional $90. The home was clean for the most part, but the furniture was not comfortable. Outdoor space was okay. Location not great.

This was an ok stay. The kitchen was probably the best part. But the place was dirty, lanai was dirty, there were dirty underwear left behind under the 2 chair table. Ants in the living room I assume from the poorly sealed doors. Only 2 wash clothes for a home that can hold 6 guests. 2 bedroom bathroom toilet isn’t secure. They need to do yard maintenance in the back and put a net up to help with tree debris in the pool. We went and purchased our own pool screen to clean the pool since the one that was there was full of holes. Hose was leaking, rust running down the back of the home. Beds were ok. Globes on the ceiling fans need cleaned. Overall I think the host is great but they need to look into a better cleaning service I believe this would be very beneficial to this Airbnb!
