Listing set-up
I normally provide the set up for the listing with a minimum 6 months working on the property as an Airbnb Co-Host.
Setting prices and availability
Monitoring bookings, updating booking spreadsheet. Making promotion recommendations.
Booking request management
Checking guest profiles, accepting booking requests,
Guest messaging
I provide all necessary guest communications. Setting up scheduled messages and follow my proven formula for guest liaison.
Cleaning and maintenance
I work with various cleaners and owners pay the cleaners directly for their services.
Listing photography
I can edit and improve photos but guests normally provide me the images to upload.

I provide ongoing guidance and assistance to the owners I work with.
