Listing set-up

I manage your calendar and responses to booking requests, property maintenance, and check-ins/checkouts

Setting prices and availability

10 to 20% adjustable depending on the management mode A €200 fee if a full listing + welcome booklet is set up

Booking request management

Everything is included in the management, including laundry and cleaning. Restocking of consumables also available upon request.

Guest messaging

They can reach me by phone and messaging. I recommend places to visit and good restaurant tips.

Onsite guest support

I manage simple emergencies and answer questions that are useful to the accommodation. I don't do any troubleshooting, just assistance.

Cleaning and maintenance

I maintain through a company, as well as for small repairs. I hire a professional for other work.

Listing photography

I take professional quality photos of the accommodation.

Interior design and styling

I can set up the decor and furniture of the accommodation

Licensing and hosting permits

Revenue management and rate updates in agreement with owners

Additional services

Upon request before entering a shopping and catering service possible at extra cost

My dog Guadi and I really enjoyed our stay! And it was PEEFECT timing because Patrick’s Mirabelle tree had ripe fruit which were absolutely delicious and he let me enjoy them ...
