Once you have your account created and you co-host me, I'll be able to set up your listing to get everything up and running. Free

I'll take care of updating pricing and availability, but you'll always have the final say.

Booking request management

I'll take care of all messaging and inquiries made through the platform.

Guest messaging

I will answer guests' questions before and during their stay.

Onsite guest support

I will assist guests during their booking to address possible incidents.

Cleaning and maintenance

I take care of cleaning, laundry and product replenishment.

Listing photography

I can take pictures of your space at no additional cost.

Interior design and styling

I can help you with the decoration if you need it.

Licensing and hosting permits

The apt must have tourist license and number of the Register for short-term/temporary rental. I advise you without cost

Additional services

I will manage the registration with the police for the check-in of the guests. I take care of the check-in without cost.
