The self-contained cottage is attached to the established B & B, as a result, your hosts can be easily contacted. The cottage is serviced on a daily basis. The cabin has a light and airy feel: there is a large window with a pastoral view, the other 3 windows in cabin have midge screens when you need them. There is spacious secluded decking surrounded by wild woodland flowers and trees. There is 1 super king bed downstairs which takes up the whole of the bedroom space. Storage space in small loft if required, accessed via ladder.

Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).
