In the heart of the wild and romantic Székelyvarság (Vărșag) there is the Bigpine guesthouse, where in the mornings the squirrels, deers play and you can feel the pure energies of nature. A few hundred meters away you’ll find the amazing Csorgókő waterfall and a modern ski slope with restaurant. Just a few steps and you find yourself in a forest with fresh springs, strawberries, mushrooms. At the house you can enjoy the view relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. This countryside guesthouse is next to the fortified church. It has a really big yard and a shaddy place for hot summer days. In April & October, this house is heated like in the old days, with traditional terracotta heater and other traditional fireplace. House facilities: two bedrooms with twin beds (and a Saxon bunk bed for kids), bathroom, kitchen, terrace, parking space, courtyard. We have 4 beds for adults and an extra 2 beds for children. Children aged 3-12 pay half of the price.

Breakfast is included and consists of delicious, organic and local ingredients, most of them actually being produced on the farm, that you are welcome to visit. Farm to table dinner is available as well, upon request beforehand (at least two days before arrival). We make equisite cheese, butter, charcuterie and other delicious treats.

Our village is situated between Brasov city and Sibiu city, 2 km to the national way DN 1, 15 km to the faimous roud "trasfagarasan", 15 km to the highest mountains in Romania.The house is an old house wich preserves the atmosphere of the 1900s, the furniture has over 100 years old. It is a good place to experience the original peasant life in the middle of Transylvania. Here it is a good place and a easy way to discover our Country, our culture and our life.

This is a one bedroom flat with en suite bathroom in the heart of the city. The bedroom offers two single beds (one double bed could also be arranged), a reading & TV area and a wardrobe. The kitchen is brand new (oven, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer, washing machine on site). The flat has its own entrance and is part of a delightful UNESCO town house which was recently restored.
