Complimentary snack and beverage selections provided for your enjoyment in our efficient kitchenette which can accommodate light meals. Our second floor guesthouse offers a newly installed ductless HVAC to provide the ultimate comfort air-conditioning or heating as needed. Many of our guests comment on our relentless pursuit of cleanliness. Some features included are: kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric tea kettle, and Keurig coffee maker. Also, oversized shower, dimmable lighting, keyless access, internet, smart TV, blackout window treatments, heating and air conditioning. Kitchen is for light meal preparation only, no stove. Complimentary snacks, beverages, and bath amenities provided. Echo Dot with Amazon Alexa in suite for guest use. Please note: entrance includes one flight of stairs to enter and exit the country suite. Available promptly by Airbnb messaging, text or phone for any questions or needs during your stay. The guesthouse is within walking distance to the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, 8 miles to the charming and historic town of Rhinebeck, and central to many pursuits in the Hudson Valley. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Mel’s place was simply amazing- one of the cutest, coziest and peaceful places I’ve ever stayed (and I’ve stayed at a LOT)! The space itself is huge and she’s included so many extra little touches like S’Mores, teas, games, books. I had everything I needed and then some! The outside surroundings were quiet and peaceful with the lake footsteps away for morning coffee or sunset chilling. So happy to have found this spot!

I stayed here with two other girlfriends while we attended a retreat at the Omega Institute (only a 5-minute drive away). The location was perfect, the surroundings were serene, and the house was gorgeous. Would absolutely recommend.

Our stay at Victor and Darlinda's place was nothing short of fabulous. It was the perfect place to stay for an Omega workshop - only a 6-minute drive away. It felt like home away from home, we had everything we needed. The house is interestingly decorated, just like in the pictures, and it has a great feel to it. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The beds are very comfortable, the ktichen is well equiped, there is a washer and drier. Victor and Darlinda were extremely responsive to our texts, with almost instantaneous responses. We really had a great time, thank you, Victor and Darlinda, I'm looking forward to coming back!

Just 2 hours from New York City this house is an oasis of rest relaxation and wellness. It is set by a beautiful lake, with a yard that offers privacy and is equipped for family activities, including a barbecue and fire pit. There are kayaks, but we used the paddle boat for cruising the lake and fishing. The very friendly town is just a 15-20 minute ride away, with nice shops and restaurants. The house is so pleasant you may never want to leave. It was very clean and well-kept, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Johanna has thought about almost everything, and if there is something you need she is cheerfully responsive. We fell in love with the house and property, and with the woodchuck, rabbits, birds, chipmunks and deer that came around. A 24-inch+ bass waved goodbye to us from the shallows a few feet from the boat launch (seriously, its dorsal fin was out of the water). Our stay rated a 10 out of 10.

This house was absolutely spectacular. The gorgeous, architectural design highlighted its natural surroundings while providing all the thoughtful comforts of a home away from home. Each window is carefully placed to frame the greenery and let in the perfect amount of light throughout the day. From the steam shower to the towels to the linens, the amenities provided were comparable to those offered at a luxury hotel. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it more!
