An apartment on the second floor, just outside the village, which can still be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It has a separate entrance, a large lawn for outdoor relaxation, and private parking. It is about 20 minutes from the beautiful ski slopes of Monte Zoncolan and from Lake Cavazzo. If you are interested in bathing and spa treatments, you can reach the town of Arta Terme in 10 minutes. Especially suitable for cyclists because it is not far from the Alpe Adria cycle path and Monte Zoncolan

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Between Italy and Austria, the Friland cottage in Cima Moscardo is enveloped in the gentle warmth of spring. The woods and mountain slopes abandon the whiteness of the snow to dress in a bright green, while the crisp, clear air opens the view to crisp, lush landscapes. Spring walks, among fragrant paths and flowering pastures, and evenings under a starry sky invite you to slow down, regain balance and let yourself be lulled by the new breath of the mountains.

Ravascletto: Cottage with two independent apartments

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the village of the same name houses the Prepaulin apartments. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains or simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico Pass) Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and 2 children (I cannot accommodate 9 adults: one room is too small.
