Part of the common areas of a private castle under renovation, town centre 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike, hiking and cycling trails, Loire castles (Chambord 40 minutes), close to Orléans. Le Zénith et Co’Met sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie, pharmacie, boucherie, caviste, bar-tabac, Poste, restaurants, supermarchés, zone commerciale etc).
