We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

A 2/3 bedroom gite in a large Perigordian house on the edge of the historic town of Excideuil.Ideally situated on the road into Excideuil with the castle 200m away.Close to the river,hiking trails,caves and climbing,as well as a convenient supermarket at walking distance.The gite has its own kitchen, salon,dining room, bedrooms (the third bedroom for 6+ guests or those wishing to pay a small supplement for the extra room)Access to outdoor dining areas,a wooden terrace with view of the garden.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Small country house in Dordogne (60 m2)

Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Nestled in a 4000 m² park with a heated pool (in season, with surcharge), access barrier and security shutter, it guarantees calm and serenity while being close to the historic center, its shops and restaurants. This place full of history promises a unique and memorable stay.

In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course, everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTIQ+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

We would be happy to welcome you to our "gite des truffières", in the quiet countryside of Périgord Vert, classified ***, with stunning views of the green hills. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the Nantheuil lake and its beach, 3 km from Thiviers. The cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed 140 and a bedroom with either 2 beds 90 or a bed 140. We do not accept more than 4 people, possibly 1 small animal. Bed and bath linens are provided.
