Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Clayton

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Fantastic apartment in a well serviced building close to all Box Hill has to offer. Will be staying again.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Annie’s townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, and easy to settle. We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This place is incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfect for a long-term stay, with thoughtful touches and everything you need for day-to-day living. The interior is beautifully styled with great taste, and you can tell a lot of care went into the design. I also absolutely loved the location — convenient, peaceful, and close to everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again for an extended visit! BTW, hosts are amazing to deal with.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Vivian's place is absolutely impeccable! This was my second stay, and I'm still amazed by its comfort and convenience. The space is even more beautiful than the photos - tastefully decorated, minimalist yet cozy, and spotlessly clean throughout. It's fully equipped with everything you could need. nights were peacefully quiet. Combined with the super comfortable bedding, I slept wonderfully . Vivian is the most considerate host I've ever met - she responds instantly and provides detailed check-in guidance. She's warm and polite while respecting guests' privacy perfectly. I've already decided this will be my go-to accommodation whenever I'm in town.

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed our time at this property. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is as you see it in the photos. Modern, spacious and most importantly, very clean. The check-in process and keyless entry is extremely easy. Location suited our needs. Close to Chadstone and with easy access to main roads/freeways. Everything in the property just works, is trusted and easy - heating/cooling, wifi access, smart TV, washer, dryer etc, etc And the hosts Stuart and Emma were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.

Our stay was an amazing experience, Henfry was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The view was absolutely breathtaking, place was spotless and cosy. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended.

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Staying on Vincent’s property is impressive. All the rooms are spotless and towels, kitchenwares, two spot parking (underneath building) are provided. The views are absolutely gorgeous both day and night time. Trust me! It looks even better in the real scenario than in the pictures. Please don’t be hesitate to reserve the place. It’s very convenient to commute. 📍 Groceries store (Coles, Asian Marts, Bottle-O, liquorland) 📍 24 hours fast-food nearby 📍 Free Tram Zone (30, 86, 96) all running to the city. (96 passing through Crown Casino and end at St.Kilda) 📍 5 mins walk to the main train station (southern cross) 📍 5 mins walk to bus station The hosts are super helpful, we literally forgot an iPad on the night and they return it to me in the next day (Thank God)
