We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It was squeaky clean with modern decor, nothing outdated. The location was perfect, in such a beautiful valley. The host was always quick to respond and very kind. We look forward to returning in the future.

The home was very nice. We had everything we needed, was very spacious. We felt secure at night. We really enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and evening for wine sipping just watching and listening to all of the song birds. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again when in the the area.

Ok let’s start by saying I CAN’T BEGIN TO SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS!! First of all it has the best game room that I have ever had the privilege of using. We have stayed at other places with game rooms but this one had EVERYTHING!! From arcade games to a pool and poker table, puzzles ,board games , literally anything you need for rainy weather days!! The house was clean and perfectly stocked. We even had snacks and goodies like candy in a candy jar. Everything was thought of. There was even a yoga mat to do yoga on the porch while you enjoy the AMAZING view of the lake. Jackrabbit swimming area is within walking distance for your teenagers who you can trust to swim alone. There’s a grill and fire pit area and they even provided s’more supplies. The needs were comfortable and there was plenty of space. There was not a TV in every room which I found refreshing. The bathrooms were very clean. We are beyond grateful to have been able to enjoy this space as a family.

This was the perfect place for us and our dogs to stay while visiting family :) 10/10 recommend :)

Wonderful lake house! Very relaxing and just what we needed. The kids loved fishing from the dock and Jeremy was responsive when we message him.

My stay was wonderful! I went for a little R&R and it was just what I needed. The place was very clean, the pool was so relaxing, and the views were 10/10. Definitely catch a sunrise on the deck if you can! I'll definitely be returning.

Where do I start?! Craig was an amazing host! The tiny home was in prestige conditions and it made us feel right at home. He provided welcome snacks and a fully functional kitchen! Matter of fact the entire home was fully functional. We literally didn't leave the home for 4 days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know! Thanks Craig for accommodating us and making our stay so peaceful!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Clayton, GA while in town for a wedding with another family. The house had everything we needed—super clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made meals easy, and the whole place had such a welcoming, cozy feel. The location was perfect—just a short walk into town, which is absolutely adorable. We happened to be there during a local festival, and it was such a treat to see the community in action. Lots of local pride and charm all around! The outdoor space was a huge bonus. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and the spacious yard gave them plenty of room to run around and play. It was a quick trip, so we didn’t get to explore as much of the area as we would’ve liked, but there’s clearly a lot to see and do. We’d definitely love to come back and stay longer! Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Clayton area—whether for a special event or just a relaxing getaway.

it's an amazing experience to stay in the mountains and on the lake at the same time. Great experience to watch the lake and all of a sudden the food comes down a box and there is bunch of fish in the lake.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

This place is phenomenal! Even with bad weather there were a ton of games and enough space to be warm and cozy. We have so much fun inside and out. North Georgia has beautiful places to visit and, if you like stones and crystals, fun places to do simple mining. The house is wonderful, very clean, well equipped, just bring your food. Corey, the host, is great communicator and always responds my messages quick. This was our 2nd time and we are planing the return.

This location was perfect for the location we needed to be. The Wi-Fi worked great, which was critical for me to work remotely. The host was very responsive. The apartment was very clean and had many amenities we were not expecting.

This is definitely a place we plan to revisit. Debbie and Doug were friendly, accommodating, and their place was perfect! Quiet, clean, and what a beautiful view. Honestly, it felt like a true home away from home. Five stars because you don't have 10 as an option!

Set up great for our family, 2 kids and dog. Pack and play, toys, open floor plan for playtime. Babbling brook right outside, a bunch of firewood, and close to alot of cool hikes and restaurants.

Apryl’s place is very pleasant, clean, and spacious. The deck in back was a great spot to watch the sunset and see shooting stars! The short drive to the Folk School makes the location especially convenient. I appreciated Apryl’s responsiveness and checking if we needed anything during our stay. Hope to be back when I take another class.
