Great place!! Just like the pictures. Comfortable couch and beds. We always love staying in downtown Clarksville. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

I loved this apartment so much & the host was truly an angel! I had a million questions (my own fault) & she consistently helped me patiently & with kindness. I had a fantastic trip with my wife & I’ll always try to stay here again when I come back to Nashville. I’ve seen people say it’s not walkable, but I e-biked back & forth to Broadway, so I disagree with that! It’s a great place for a couple or small family to come for any amount of time! I recommend this spot to anyone who just likes being happy lol

Cozy, clean place with very thoughtful amenities like snacks and extra of everything you might have forgotten. Host was quick to respond and helpful.

This condo area is quiet and stayed here a few time before on the river This unit is clean and perfect for a couple or small group. Nice kitchen set-up and the patio has a view of the river. Parking is fine, a couple flights of stairs is easy.

Amazing Hostest! The AirBnB was beautiful as pictured and larger than expected. It is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will definitely be booking again!

Traveling home with my daughter from UGA and made a last minute stop in Nashville. I was so thankful for Ava’s flexibility & responsiveness. We made the reservation at the last hour. The apartment is darling oh I mean Dolly. So cute with all the amenities. We will be back!

I cannot say enough about this condo! This is my second stay with Ava, and I will be coming back! I absolutely love all of her amenities and how clean and welcoming she is! If you’re coming to Nashville, you definitely want to stay here❤️

Julian’s place was perfect for us. The location was great and easy to get to. It was less than 10 minutes from my daughter’s house. It was clean and inviting. There were plenty of dishes and many coffee cups…so many coffee cups. We had to move some of the coffee cups to another shelf so we had somewhere to store the food we brought with us. There is a spice rack but it didn’t include salt or pepper. These are not deal breakers because the place is really tidy and convenient. It’s a very quiet area of town. Not sure if it is busier at different times of the enters though. We stayed in early March.

Rupas place was great! Very clean and cozy. It had a lot of amenities and Rupa communicated promptly and effectively. I look forward to staying here again soon.

Exactly as advertised. Well appointed and clean. Really a nice place to relax after touring Nashville!

I stayed in Loft 106 for 2 months and really felt at home. I loved being right around the corner er from downtown and from the river. Will definitely stay again! Julian was a fantastic host.

it was a please being at Ava's airbnb. I would like to say first and foremost Ava was very responsive and friendly. The airbnb looked just liked the pictures. Very clean, quiet and spacious. The bed was so comfortable as well as the sofa. Definitely alot.of sunlight to bring in warmth. Very nice place. I also was welcomed with tiny chocolates, water and popcorn which I loved. There's a cool black owned pizza shop across the street that is very friendly with good pizza (try the cream soda lol) With Uber, I was able to go to downtown Nashville and east Nashville for about $6 - $12.. a nice save. There's also a bus in the front to go downtown and they run pretty frequent.

Great listing and exactly as described. Ample space, very walkable, and good restaurants in the area. Also walking distance or very short drive to college campus. The ONLY downside to this spot is the road noise is almost unbearable at certain times of the day (typically early morning). This is of no fault of the property owners/managers but is what it is. We had to cut our stay short and owner/manager were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation.

We had a great week in Nashville staying at Pete's place. There was plenty of room for us all and we loved how close it was to the city activities as well as the different coffee shops and stores nearby. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Our 3rd time in Nashville (1st CMA) This location is by far the best ! Everything was a short 8-13 min uber ride . Broadway , Nissan stadium , The Ryman and Opry!! The building is super cool and trendy ! For being in a building it was so quiet and peaceful. Easy getting in and out . We felt right at home as soon as we walked in . The beds were soooooo comfy !! Pete was awesome ! Super helpful & friendly . Always responsive :) Appreciate the coffee so much !! One of the most important things on a girls trip !! Plus there is a coffee shop right across the street . We found a super cool restaurant ( 5 min Uber ride) Hawkers Nashville , do not miss it if you enjoy Asian food . Lots to do right in this neighborhood. Vintage shop , restaurants & coffee shops. Publix & Walgreens so close by also for Instacart !! Do not miss Pete’s place ! It’s perfect ! Thankyou Pete ! We appreciate you and would love to come back one day :)

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville! The location was walkable to broadway, restaurants, and some historical attractions, which made getting around convenient. Dorinda sent us an extensive list of recommendations, and the recommendations we tried out were all hits!

The apartment was a great stay! Clean and peaceful with a responsive host. We stayed two nights for back to back concerts. It was a short walk to both the Municipal Auditorium and Brooklyn Bowl. I really appreciated the designated parking spot and the great restaurants in Germantown.

Angie was very responsive in any questions I had. The location was super convenient to downtown, easily accessible via lyft/uber! The place was decorated SO perfectly for my bachlorette! I loved the rose wall, the dolly theme, AND the huge beds!

Great place on the river. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing was it was pretty loud at night with people coming in. There is a fan to help ! Would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and just as pictured. Within walking distance of downtown hubs and activities. Probably 20 minute walk from Broadway St. Great to get your exercise, or a quick Uber ride if you need it. Brad/Shaundra very responsive. Great AC, hot water, toiletries and towels, and kitchen well stocked. The late-night train noise is real so some may not appreciate that; we always use white noise so wasn’t a big deal for us. We didn’t use it, but there is a dedicated parking spot for the unit. We enjoyed our 5-night stay!

James was such an amazing host! Very responsive, replied immediately whenever I messaged him. The place was so cute, super clean, and the pool was amazing! It was walkable distance to Broadway, only about a 15 minute walk. James was also so nice to allow us to check-out later than we initially thought. Such a great experience in Nashville I recommend it!

The location is great. Walkable to broadway. If you need places to eat they are close too. Like at the ball park or right down the street..literally go out the apartments and go right a block or two there’s places to go. Area was quiet. And the space had everything need to have successful Nashville trip.
