Holiday rentals with a patio in Clark County

It was a great stay. Here location is in a developing neighborhood. This allows recently built restaurants and shops close by and more to come. Future renters will get a lot out of this stay.

Loved Takisha’s place. Everything was just as described and very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. It also was very quiet for having several other units in the building. We stayed the night there for a concert and didn’t hear a bit of noise once we closed the patio door and were ready to wind down for the night. The patio had pretty comfy little rocking chairs as well! The building itself had a very cool concept and easy to understand. It was also very secure and private, needing to use your fob at every door. I felt the host was extremely responsive to answering all my questions and was so great with communication. She responded to me within minutes when I had a question about how to access the rooftop. I would definitely recommend!

Antonio’s place was perfect for the quick weekend trip to Louisville! The building had so many amenities and was so clean and well kept! The room itself was also incredibly clean, well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed! I was very very impressed! Antonio was also super easy to communicate with and very kind! I will definitely stay with Deidra again and so will my travel companions. We didn’t feel crowded, could spread out and absolutely loved the outdoor space. The bathrooms are superb! What I loved most about the property is what the overall property appeared to represent which is empowering and supporting other women realize their dreams and financial independence. I had a great stay! The host was very nice and responsive, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The place was clean and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also really appreciated the spacious bathroom — it added a nice touch of comfort. Laura’s house was exactly what we needed – perfect in every way. It was conveniently located near our job site, and everything worked flawlessly, especially during the heavy snowstorm we experienced. Although the snowstorm caused some delays on our project, Laura was incredibly responsive and helped us adjust our reservation without any hassle. We truly appreciate all her assistance and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this home!

We stayed in this house for about 10 days and it was wonderful. We had enough room for ourselves, our 5 kids, and 3 dogs. The host was caring, responsive and understanding. Our children loved the house and the location is amazing!! We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you, Chris!

Was only here for a night to celebrate my engagement and it was a great place! Exactly as advertised, great location, and super close to downtown Louisville.

This home was as described, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. It has the necessities for a good stay. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Good value considering how many guests the house can accommodate. The neighborhood is large, but quiet.

We came upon this place after our original Airbnb cancelled on us after check in time. Host was quick to respond and made it quick and easy for us. Area was clean and some nice shops and coffee close by. Found a local steakhouse a few blocks away that was great to eat at. Plenty of space for 2 families of 3.

In town for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for what we needed. Not only was everything and anything around us, but the house was beautiful as well. An issue came up during our stay and Scott was more than helpful on the matter. He even followed up after the fact, which is greatly appreciated. Great host, great house, great location!

Our family of 7 stayed at the Offbeat Oasis for 6 days. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone and the description of the property was spot on. Very close to Louisville. We went to a graduation ceremony at SBTS and it was only a 15 minute drive.

Great stay! It was clean and in a safe area. My kids loved the reading area and indoor slide in the basement!

This was the perfect hub for hopping between the Highlands and downtown Louisville. I grew up in this area and felt right at home. The space was comfortable, with nice big couches and plenty of space for everyone to lounge. The off-street parking was a huge added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

The home was exactly the way it was presented in the pictures. Everything that you could think of and more was in the home available for use. Matt was also very detailed with his instructions that were sent to me as well as there being a copy left on the table. The Airbnb was very comfortable which made it feel like an extension of home. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have or would like to experience a high standard of living. Awesome Airbnb Matt!

Very centrally located near several bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Smells like fresh baked cookies. It is a bit noisy as it’s behind a busy street so expect noise especially on the weekends. This will be my go to spot in Louisville.

This condo is beautiful with a great view! We were there for the Abbey Road on the River festival and were able to walk to and from the venue with ease. I would highly recommend this place.
