Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clark County

Zachs home was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect and the pictures doesnt do the home justice. I definitely would chose this home to stay at again the next time I visit. I give it a 10 out of 10!!

We absolutely loved Pinehurst Ranch and plan to return within a year or two. We stayed 2 weeks - may stay longer next time. Easy to find location close to everything. Spotless with everything you may need in the kitchen. My husband is 85 and I'm almost 80, so it was great to find a place all on one level that was easy to get in and out of, and I use a walker. Responsive and helpful hosts.

Our family of 7 stayed at the Offbeat Oasis for 6 days. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone and the description of the property was spot on. Very close to Louisville. We went to a graduation ceremony at SBTS and it was only a 15 minute drive.

Great stay! It was clean and in a safe area. My kids loved the reading area and indoor slide in the basement!

we had a fantastic stay and the host were very accommodating and understanding of the situation we were in. the house was very clean and had plenty of games and things to do when we got there.

This is our second time staying at Kelsee’s house. It is cute and comfortable- with a nice fenced-in backyard. We appreciated the snacks and delicious baked goods and our dog loved playing fetch in the backyard. Always a great overnight stop on our cross-country drive.

Cindy's rental was exactly as described, and there were many thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome. We also appreciated that check-out was at 11am, vs. 10am at some of the more recent units where I've stayed. The area was quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and things to do in the Louisville area.

This place was amazing. Such a cute house with a great location. My family stayed here for my graduation weekend and it was awesome. Jin was great with communication and responsive with messages. The house is clean and well kept. Would highly recommend this home in your looking to stay in the Jeffersonville / Louisville area.

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Nice place , easy check in, the studio apartment matched its description and Kymberli was very responsive. Great view,clean and the location was perfect for us to get around where we need during our visit.

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

Antonio’s place was perfect for the quick weekend trip to Louisville! The building had so many amenities and was so clean and well kept! The room itself was also incredibly clean, well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed! I was very very impressed! Antonio was also super easy to communicate with and very kind! I will definitely stay with Deidra again and so will my travel companions. We didn’t feel crowded, could spread out and absolutely loved the outdoor space. The bathrooms are superb! What I loved most about the property is what the overall property appeared to represent which is empowering and supporting other women realize their dreams and financial independence. Thank you Deidra for being an amazing host and inspiration!

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

Beautiful place easy check in and check out. Even though I always bring my own items if there is anything you may have forgotten or needed Katie had it there available for your use. I have family in the area and this will definitely be my go to place every time I return

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer.
