We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall.
