Lovely clean place with lots of room in common areas and balcony for groups. Good value if shared between guests. Quite surrounds even though it is close to main roads. Shops close by and the harbour a short drive away.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a reunion weekend with our four families. Cheryl was very accommodating with our check in times and extra little people. The house was beautiful, such a homey beach vibe. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play in and us adults to lay in the sun. Walking distance to a beautiful beach with an inlet being a great play space for kids. The surfers in our group raved about the Arrawarra waves. We’re all keen to make booking this house a yearly tradition!

House was great, as was the location, best collection of board games for our wet winter weekend, Short walk to the local general store (Cafe) would happily stay another time.

This homestead was exquisite and had all amenities you needed, and more. The home was extremely clean and tidy and took you back to the Victorian era and we were impressed by the grandness of this beautiful home. Being an NZ visitor. It was great to be greeted throughout the day, by Kangaroos around the property. The entertainment deck was perfect for the crowd we had and it is completely, shrouded in mesh, to keep insects out and had a BBQ kitchen set up in here, too, with a additional fridge/freezer as well. Plenty of seating. Bernadette and Tim were great hosts and were so prompt and attentive, to all our requirements and questions. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will definitely look at this stay again, in the future.

The house was so comfortable. Clean, every possible need catered for and the fire was set and ready to light. Would totally recommend this stay for others.

My partner and I had a great 3 night stay at Craig's property. The airbnb itself was modern, very clean and had all required amenities! We made the most of the great firepit on all 3 of the cool nights we were there and Craig was very helpful in ensuring we had plenty of wood and anything else we needed. Bandit the farm dog was a welcome addition - very well trained and loved a pat or 7! Won't hesitate to stay again when we come back to Yamba!

We absolutely loved the space! It rained all weekend but we enjoyed walks on the beach regardless, board games with the kids and beverages on the veranda! We will be back for sure!! Already looking for November!

Great place to stay in close proximity to the beach. Bedding configuration allowed each adult to have their own space (we were travelling single adults with a toddler).

The apartment had everything we could possible need. The attention to detail, beautiful styling and personal touches throughout were above and beyond all expectations and made for a lovely stay. Set in a peaceful location with easy access & parking at the door. It was so clean, super comfortable. Highly recommend this outstanding property.

This air bnb was by far the best i’ve stayed in. (I’ve stayed in many) Walking in felt almost like stepping into a boutique rustic restaurant. Michelle managed to create a “warmth” with the presentation of the place. My nervous system relaxed immediately. She has gone over and above with attention to detail. Cute little labels on everything. Taking out the guess work! Even though I had no expectations, the pantry and fridge were stocked with great supplies…. I should have probably ordered dinner. But the bread and cheese was just enough and I didn’t need to purchase any other food during my stay. The bathroom renovation inspired me to jump into the bath straight away. The most impressive thing for me was the insane amount of coffee options! (If I don’t have a coffee in my hand within 15 minutes of waking up I’m cranky….. it’s like she knew! Thanks Michelle. I hope you sell this place out every night and create more of the same in other towns so I can continue to visit!

Annelie was very friendly and the place itself was pristine. Completely clean and comfy. It was a great stop along the way for my partner and I as we did our east coast Australia road trip. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great stay at Emma’s! We made a last minute booking, and was able to check in almost immediately. We appreciate the love that’s been put into the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Small things make a difference- like the toys we found for our little girl to play with. We will no doubt be back on our next visit to Sawtell. Thankyou :)

I would highly recommend staying at Lynne’s place. The location is ideal and was nice sitting out on the deck chairs in the morning. It was a nice touch having binoculars in the accommodation which allowed us to see whales & dolphins on our coastal walks. The accommodation has sea views which is nice seeing the sunrise early in the morning. There’s multiple nice restaurants within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and unwind from the busy urban lifestyle. We’ll be returning to Yamba for sure!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely house in Coffs Harbour. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away, especially one of them has become our favourite should we come back again for another visit! The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. It made the whole experience feel very welcoming and stress-free. We especially enjoyed the scenic coastal and beach walks around the area—Coffs Harbour is truly a gem for nature lovers and people enjoying bush walk activities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely love to stay here again in the future! Thanks Jodi.

Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!

Jacqueline and Tabatha's hospitality stood out, before we had even set foot in the Airbnb itself! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the get-go. The place itself is wonderful! Thoughtful, homely, just as described and photographed. A nice lounge area, great shower pressure in the shower and a comfy bed to boot. Essential boxes well and truly ticked! The kitchen is equipped with what you'll need to cook a meal, while the place is close to some great nearby cafes and restaurants as an alternate option. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a wedding in Yamba, and we would stay again!

Steve's place is an amazing place to stay, has everything you need for breakfast and staples and Steve is absolutely lovely. BYO lunch and dinner and you're set for your stay. Bring apples, carrots and grapes for the horses!
