Matt's place was fantastic. Beautiful views, comfortable house with plenty of things to do. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the pool is beautiful. Palm Beach has plenty to offer, but staying at the house all day was preferred. We will definitely be back.

Awesome mini getaway. House was amazing. The slide, size of the block, Putt putt, park next door and beach so close made it so easy to amuse 6 kids ranging from 14 to 18 months old. We had 3 teenage boys, no technology and didn’t hear I am bored once. Thanks for the amazing weekend. We will be using you again and coming back to the property in the future.

Dani was a great host! Very friendly and was great in getting back to my questions quickly, despite being away on holidays herself. The place was huge… much bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it was perfect for our extended family. The kids loved the pool and it was exactly what we were looking for. Damon’s house is built with love—featuring top-quality fixtures, modern electronics, and stylish interior design. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and playgrounds, making it perfect for families. Damon personally met us on arrival, gave us a warm introduction, and shared great local recommendations. He was also flexible with checkout time, which we really appreciated. Our family had a great time and would highly recommend staying here!

Had an awesome weekend stay at this Gold Coast spot! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfy — exactly like the photos. Loved the big open living area and breezy veranda, perfect for kicking back after a day out. The pool was a winner too, especially in the warm weather. Location was quiet but still close enough to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was smooth the whole time. Would 100% stay again!

Great location near the beach, spacious, clean, very well supplied kitchen, internet, TV, the list goes on. The whole family enjoyed themselves, particularly the pool fun.

Location was great if you have boat for pontoon. Our first night the neighbours were having a party and kept us up but other than that it was a great couple days away

The space is great for a family to enjoy. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and massive bath tub. It’s very close to pacific fair so you can easily walk over there for anything you need.

Highly recommend! The house is in a great location close to the creek and beach and lots of good cafes. Big backyard that my puppy loved, I felt secure leaving him there as it was fully fenced. Melisa is a wonderful host, the house has everything you need. Such a generous welcome package, all my favourite snacks! Love the small touches that she put into everything and making sure you love your stay. An easy five stars!

Sure! Here’s a review you could use: We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place in Banora! He was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really flexible, which made everything so easy. The house was great value compared to others in the area — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We loved the little touches like the welcome snacks and the huge selection of board games, which kept everyone entertained. Everything we needed was available, and the whole experience felt really relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Romi was a superb host, stunning place, alot of stairs but you get used to it. A very new place so a few things we needed which Romi attended to immediately. The location is away from the crowds which is lovely when you want some quiet time and peace in the evenings. Will definitely book again if we need to.

We had the pleasure of staying for 3-nights at this beautiful house. Michelle was super helpful with check-in information, prior to us getting to the property! The place was very secluded, however, had everything we needed to make us feel at home! The pool & porch, was thoroughly enjoyed by our whānau (family.) Nice & local to the supermarket, cafe & petrol station. Would definitely stay here again, if we visit the Gold Coast again! Thank you Michelle for hosting our whānau 💛
