Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Sito nel centro storico di Civitella Roveto (in Abruzzo) ed arredato come un piccolo chalet di montagna l'alloggio è stato ideato per chi desidera rinvigorire spirito e corpo con la possibilità di riscoprire il contatto con la natura ed il territorio, tra i nostri boschi è possibile praticare numerose attività quali l'escursionismo, il nordik walking, la mountain bike e molto altro. The house with garden is on two floors. Composed of two bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and equipped kitchen with fireplace. Twinned with the city of Copenhagen, destination for Scandinavian painters and writers at the end of the nineteenth century Civita, thanks to its position has a beautiful view of the surroundings mountains. ideal for trekking and walks as well exploring other interesting small towns nearby. Last but not least the local goat and freshly"ricotta" are just wonderful.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
