Very well decorated and well equiped (television, video, microwaves, washing machine, dry-machine, dishwasher, full equiped, bed clothes, towells etc). Three floors. The house is very cosy and new. From the 23th of June you can enjoy the "Jaleo" o "Sant Joan", the famouse horses party and you can see it from the house. The house is in the best possible location if you want to stay in the centre of the city. Traffic is not allowed in the street. The area is very familiar and menorquin people. If you need someone to pick you up at the airport we can arrange it. We can rent you bicycles, because is the best way to move around. Close to restaurants and shops and near transports.

The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.
