Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ciudad Vieja

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

La casa la sentimos muy bien para 5 adultos y un niño, me gustó mucho el lugar, es muy tranquilo y seguro. Es un plus que te proporcionen un bus para llevarte a la antigua Guatemala, a mi familia le gustó mucho!

Overall, great and quick overnight stay. It is a little difficult to find since there are 2 different addresses on the listing but you need to read the actual description to find the correct address. Great views of the city and safe building.

Had a great time here, way bigger than i expected it was a great deal. Full connection for wifi and was able to use streaming platforms with the smart tv. Highly recommend.

Staying at the Airbnb was comfortable and great location! The host was great at responding to me with any questions I had and made the experience awesome!

Would highly recommend Karel’s apartment for a stay in Antigua! Everything was clean, well decorated, and the location was perfect (just a few blocks from the main square, everything we wanted to do in town was walkable and we felt safe). The view from the roof deck at sunset is something special — we had friends who told us to go to Antigua Brewing Co for the view from their deck, and while that was lovely, we thought our private little spot was even better. Karel was proactive with directions ahead of our arrival and responsive with questions and recommendations during our stay. We stayed for five nights and were sad to say goodbye! Would 100% book again if we’re ever back in Antigua.

We had a wonderful stay. Despite being close to a road, the apartment was quiet all night. A short walk to Central Square. The apartment itself had a good amount of space and was very clean. We would definitely return.

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

Tuvimos una estadía excelente 🙌🏽 La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos… ¡incluso mejor! Superó por completo nuestras expectativas. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y pensado para que uno se sienta cómodo desde el primer momento. 🏡✨ Gaby y Martín fueron anfitriones súper amables y atentos, siempre disponibles si necesitábamos algo. Además, el lugar es de fácil acceso y muy sencillo de encontrar, lo cual hizo todo aún más cómodo. 🚗🗺️ Es ideal para descansar o disfrutar unas vacaciones tranquilas, perfecto para desconectarse de la rutina diaria 🌿🛋️ Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí. ¡Gracias por todo, Gaby y Martín! 🙏🏼😊

Muy bonito lugar. Bonito vecindario y muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario y más. Solamente, hay comida (sin cocinar) que otros huéspedes han dejado. Hay de todo lo que se necesita, en una casa. Excelente lugar y excelente estadía.

Me encantó quedarme en esta casa que era lo suficientemente amplia para nuestro nucleo familiar. Llegamos en 5 carros y todos cupieron dentro de la propiedad. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE

Me encantó el lugar por su tranquilidad y familiar que es, un espacio acogedor me sentí como en casa. Tuve la oportunidad de compartirlo con mi pareja y nos fuimos encantados del lugar! Definitivamente regresaremos Ericka fue muy amable y súper atenta a nuestras necesidades, me encantó que la respuesta de cada consulta era inmediata eso fue un plus. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron muy claras desde inicio a fin. Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar.

The home was amazing and my family loved it so much. It is so beautiful and comfortable. We wished we could have booked a longer stay. Would recommend especially for people who enjoy walking about 15 minutes to the main center of antigua.

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!
