Entire house, very central next to the Town Hall, no noise, easy parking. The house has four spacious rooms with windows to the outside and well lit. Three of them with double beds and another with two single beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, reverse osmosis water tap, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and TV. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub. A spacious living room with very comfortable sofas, TV, WiFi, and heating.

The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Room, bathroom, kitchen camper with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.
