Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect for us. Still local and gave a real feel of Mexico, lots of students and food. Gaby and Jaime were amazing and extremely helpful with any questions and very responsive! This place was beautiful I would love to come back.

I loved staying at Matilde's place so much I decided to come back and stay in another one of her units. The space has very good energy with a rainbow hammock that allows you to take in the sun from the balcony. There is traffic noise, but I personally like hearing "the sounds of the city" very much and it didn't bother me. The best part about the place is its proximity to the forest. I was able to get up and run every day in the park, which was incredible. There was a laundry machine in the apartment which was super helpful to me and I dried the clothes on the balcony. Had no issues with the wifi, bathroom, or anything else. I love the building, the staff working there, and the rooftop. Matilde always replies right away to messages, met me at the door when I arrived, and is a gem of a person. I feel really lucky I got to stay here, as it provided me with a lot of peace of mind and comfort being a new person to the city. I highly recommend this listing, worth every penny. Thank you!

Building well located. Great gym - very quiet building. Fast elevators - close to a mini mall with a Sanborns in the mall. Always great place to get breakfast and some traditional Mexican dishes. Would love to stay there next time we are in Mexico City. Uber service very quick.

This was our first time visiting Mexico City, and staying at Juan Cristobal’s place truly made us feel right at home. From the start, his communication was proactive, clear, and incredibly helpful—giving us the confidence to navigate the city with ease. We had an amazing time exploring the beautiful city and always felt comfortable coming back to a cozy, well-situated home base. Look no further! You have found your home in Mexico City. I’ve been staying at Airbnb‘s for about the last 15 years, and every few years I stay at one that truly stands out as an exquisite treat. Rosario’s loft is one of those places. The photos don’t do it justice! The space is charming and the location is ideal. The windows truly block the sound out — a rarity in Mexico City. There is cross ventilation and views onto the delectable Cafe Nin. The area offers fun shopping and cute restaurants. Rosario is a very kind and responsive host. Just exactly what you would want – lots of privacy, but also great communication. For our first two nights, my husband and my daughter were there, and the last two nights I was solo. The loft was comfortable in both configurations. The doorman was very kind and gave me an extra sense of security when I was staying alone. Rosario’s place truly feels like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to CDMX!

This apartment in La Condesa is the place to stay. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th year wedding anniversary, and Borja was extremely helpful when it came to the plans I had for my wife and I. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place is as beautiful as seen in the pictures, and very private. We both loved that its location can’t get any better, as there are cool spots to visit nearby and there are hundreds of restaurants with a few blocks. With a nice coffee place just a few feet away in the corner of the street. We are definitely planning to come back. Don’t think twice if you’re looking for a great spot in La Condesa.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it can be reached on foot from the metro station. It was clean and tidy. Gaby was always attentive and was very kind on all occasions. I'd stay there again.

The place feels like your home, I love the decor, very clean and comfortable to sleep. The place is quiet and safe, it is very close to various means of transport, restaurants and a shopping square.
