the apartment is located in a strategic region, where the quick locomotion provides for all the attractions without the need to rent a car or take Uber/taxi, using the city bus terminal very close and with a market on the same street, a nearby restaurant and its closer proximity to Paraguay than to Argentina , makes your tour much more comfortable, as it is easier and cheaper to return to Paraguay at the last minute, to take advantage of the good price, than for Argentina. As for the apartment it is very large, with a double bed, one in each room, plus spare couple mattress, with utensils, piped gas washing machine for an extended stay helped a lot, quiet region, two bathrooms, very cozy apartment, but with a more dated decoration, but none of this leaves, because it was very comfortable for the stay. i thank the host for extending the checkout time for late afternoon, as our flight was at night .

Every detail was meant for comfort: a full and functional kitchen, a shower with the perfect temperature, and the air conditioning that made our stay even more pleasurable. The patio was a real paradise, especially for the kids, who enjoyed playing and discovering the amazing mango tree. We loved the generosity of allowing us to enjoy its fruit, it was a beautiful detail! Also, having a washing machine was a great plus that made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment in person is bigger than it appears to be. It's beautiful and cozy. The private garden is huge. The location is very good. The host was super helpful and attentive. Returning to Foz, I definitely want to stay there again. Seriously people, they can book without fear…

We were very lucky to have the opportunity to book this location. We were initially a family of 8 traveling however due to unforseen circumstances only 5 travelled and stayed here. Aline was amazing and communicated with us prior to arriving. Aline also recommended transfers as the family were travelling from Iguazú on the Argentinian side. The guests that did travel said the house was big house and wonderful, gorgeous outdoor area/pool. House was very clean and well maintained! Would recommend highly.

The house is in a great region, easy access to commerce and attractions. The space of the barbecue and pool is great, and we enjoy a lot on hot days. Débora is a great host, friendly, always available to assist and very helpful.

I spent with my friends, impeccable 04 days in Mr. Hélio's accommodation. Starting with the service of the same, where from the beginning, it proved very helpful and pleasant. Upon arriving at the residence, we were surprised by an amazing pudding that he and his wife left to welcome us. The house is extremely cozy (even more so when a group of 10 people goes), the beds are extremely comfortable and clean, impeccable bed and bath linens. The steakhouse and swimming pool, are a charm the outside. Super equipped, pleasant atmosphere for a good barbecue. Congratulations Mr. Hélio for your home and beyond all, your receptivity.

THE STAY WAS VERY GOOD, WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR MY FAMILY OF 4 PEOPLE INCLUDING TWO CHILDREN; CLOSE TO THE BOULEVAR AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD ITSELF WAS VERY QUIET AND WALKABLE. FOR THE TRANSIT AND DAYS THAT ONE SEPARATES AND WAITS TO KNOW THE FALLS IS VERY ACCEPTABLE. THE RECOMMENDATION AS HEAD AND FAMILY IS THE BEST; I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT THINKING.

Paulo was incredibly kind and waited for us in person until an hour past midnight. He only left after making sure we had checked in successfully. The condo is comfortable and clean—perfect for two people or a small family of three.

We are very happy to stay at Santino Apart Hotel and the apartment that touched us, it was very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the curtains darkened well, the air worked well, has basic utensils to use, also everything that is for basic cleaning. The sofa is very comfortable too, and below it has an auxiliary mattress… About the location is also very good, it is 6 min from downtown and in a well located neighborhood and for sleeping it is very good because there is no noise. In front has the restaurant patanegra which was very good, there are supermarkets and bodegas nearby, in short! Really no complaints. And the host was also very nice and responsive to us! If you want to travel to Puerto Iguazú recommend Santino Apart Hotel

An ideal place to stay if visiting for the falls. Has all bascis you’d need and only small walk to the main bus station. The hosts were super helpful and were really quick to respond to any questions or queries we had.
