Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ciudad de la Costa

The depto is very spacious, bright and with an amazing view. Very well equipped, and very comfortable. Gustavo and Maxi responded immediately to everything. The area is quiet but it is necessary to have a car to mobilize. The good thing is that it has its own garage. Super recoemdable. We had a great time

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An incredible view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. Quiet and well insulated. Alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access to the building (with 2 keys provided) facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket literally a few steps from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can take advantage of that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

Favio is a communicative and friendly person, and is flexible with schedules. The apartment was very clean and is very well equipped, there is everything! And laundry was also included, which was very good. The building is easily accessible, quiet environment. There is a lot of shopping nearby and the supermarket across the street (we left the car in the supermarket parking lot 🤫 and everything was fine). The only thing to consider is that next door and in front, they are starting construction of buildings, work that starts around 7 am, so if you are very sensitive to noise it could bother you. We used earplugs and got used to it, it wasn't a big problem. We recommend 👌

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: comfortable, clean and well located. The bed is very good, the hot shower works well and the atmosphere is quiet. Communication with the hosts was quick and cordial. In addition, the building offers good amenities such as laundry, gym and 24-hour security. It was a great choice for our stay in Montevideo. We recommend it!

amazing place, amazing host! it’s super clean, has everything you need, hot water, fast internet , huge balcony, easy to get in out of building, shopping, restaurants all within a few feet. Lorena is awesome she is quick to respond and goes out of her way ri make things great!

A fantastic experience!!! Feeling of arriving at "our" home after a long trip! Cozy and excellent decoration of extreme good taste with details of those who think of guests (extra outlets and adapters). Cecilia is super helpful giving us precious tips about the city. In the 70s Canada made an advertisement (visit a foreign country with the same type of your plumbing). Sensational!!!

Beautiful house, faithful to the photos, large to go as a family, with everything you need to have a good time. Bruno always very attentive and friendly, responded quickly to our enquiries, thank you for everything.

The house had everything for a wonderful stay. They had board games, cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything was spotless. We loved that there were origamis left by each person who stayed there. We had a self check-in and flexible and attentive owners. I highly recommend it.

Modern, clean, and hits all the points. WiFi worked great, And after exploring the city extensively, I think the area immediately around the apartment is our favorite part of the city.

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

The apartment is exactly like in the droplets. Very large, complete and super comfortable. It is strategically located in the historic part of the city, which makes it possible to do many things on foot. We love it and recommend it!

I fell in love with the studio! Very well organized and what I liked the most were the details they left us, like the infusions and chips. I loved the place. Well located and with many things to do and above all easy to get to. Very grateful ☺️

We had the joy of staying in the Cabaña de Anahí. While it was just two days, we are sure the minutes had more than sixty seconds. Time stopped to rest, relax, and connect with nature. The cabin is very well organized, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the grill tree and the barbecue area, and really enjoyed the experience of the Tina Nordic which was something wonderful, the mixing of the hot water with the cold autumn night. Anahí prepared everything for us! I could highlight more things such as Anahí's kindness and hospitality and disposition but I prefer to recommend that they DO not stop trying their delights. We chose a Brunch that was crazy, many rich and plentiful things for breakfast/lunch and even snack because it was toooo!!! Thank you for everything Anahí, we will definitely be back!!

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, it has a park 3 blocks away, the ramba within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby. The concierge is very attentive. Mrs. Jenny is very kind and attentive, thank you very much for everything.

This place is DREAMY. Located in an ideal area to connect Punta Carretas and pocitos, extremely quiet and a beautiful view in the mornings. The apartment decorated with taste, impeccable and optimal distribution for a long stay. Your balcony, terrace, and gymnasium spectacular. Needless to say of Claudia who was helpful, diligent and absolutely clear in their responses and attention. More than recommended and of course: WE WILL BE BACK!!! Thanks Claudia!
