Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in City of Playford

We stayed for a few months as waiting for house build. The location is great and with a garage, pool and gym. We found it easy to get to shops and used the Italian restaurant just below the building. Very comfy bed - the bedroom has no window but glass frosted sliding door,,but it was great as with AC on didn't need fan in bedroom. Bathroom great - good sized shower. Plenty of space for two people. Lots of light. We got very comfortable any Angelina was great as we extended our time.

Peter was very transparent and responsive. I enjoyed my stay & would definitely consider the space again if I return to Adelaide.

The layout of the place is brilliant. You wish you could stay for a week! only bummer was not being able to use the loft 😔 Recommend highly

Thankyou for allowing us to stay at your AirBNB. We came for work and it was perfect place to stay. Very clean and tidy and little extras such as bread and milk helped for an on the go breakfast in the mornings.

Had a terrific stay at Rachel's place in Semaphore! The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and full of natural light. The bar overlooking the street is a great touch, and the outdoor seating area with views of the beach is perfect for relaxing. Everything was organised and spotless, and it felt like nothing was missing—very well-equipped. Rachel was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this spot. Also bonus points for its prime location—you're just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, the beach, cinema, and a supermarket. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Dominic’s. The location was great and only a short walk from restaurants and groceries. The walk along Semaphore esplanade was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

lovely stay in a convenient good location... only negative is the 'premium' for gather round... although they weren't alone in charging a king's random. Supply and demand I guess. nice place, thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed Gaylene's property. We very easy to access and very comforting having the off street car parking. The location to the main street and foreshore was great and such a nice small stroll to everything we needed

Shelly is amazing, she is very kind to offer early check in for our family as we are there for basketball tournaments and has to do long drive to Adelaide. She even open the lights for us just incase we arrived dark. Once we get there everything is easy, very big front yard for my lil pup to explore, and my mini dachshund can't even go out from the gate! This is very very good! As i do not want to have my lil pup running away when we are not there. Bathroom is beautiful, clean! Beddings are great too. Plenty of room for everybody as mentioned in the listing. We brought a crockpot to make us easier to cook as i have a son that has many allergies, so cooking is essentials for us. This helps as the kitchen is enough, but small for us. However we know this already, so we just bring that crock pot and has no problem at all :) We love and have recommended Shelly's place to friends and family too :)

We stayed over 2 months in the old-style cottage and felt right at home. We loved to sit in the garden (front and back) watching the birds while having dinner or breakfast. It had everything we needed and cooking and washing up in the large, bright kitchen was fun. Car park on the property, shopping in walking distance, and public transport (busses) alike. Quiet neighbourhood.

Immediately felt right at home, relaxed and comfortable. Description is very accurate and the check-in easy. Level and short walk to the main street which has everything you need: bakery, groceries, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, visitors centre plus some great shops. Great base to explore the Barossa and I would highly recommend Ruby’s for families, couples or friends. Lots of room and space for 6. Would love to return and spend more than the three nights. A great place to stay very close to shopping centres restaurants and Adelaide CBD. Beds are very comfortable and heating and air conditioning were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

A group of 7 and the home was cosy but worked for us. A fantastic supply of information of what to explore in the are, well equipped property, sensational to have a hot tub and beautiful outdoor area. This place is an absolute gem. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property.

Pat’s accommodation was a great spot to to be based during our stay in Adelaide. Access to the property was straight forward and the property was spic and span. Pat had generously provided breakfast provisions and some other drinks and nibbles on our arrival . Whilst the property is on a busy road , there is little traffic noise from inside the property . The property had everything we need and was very comfortable. Within close proximity are some restaurants , shops and the train station with a direct link to the Adelaide CBD . A five minute drive took us to Semaphore beach which is a hidden gem. This property is a great spot to stay when in Adelaide with easy access to many of its attractions . The host was very responsive and welcoming . We really enjoyed our stay.

Oh where do I start! It’s our third time at this exquisite house and as always a wonderful experience. The generous breakfast supplies and welcome platter showcases the region’s famous fare and the outdoor living area is the perfect place to enjoy them. The house is beautifully curated and every possible contingency has been thought of. Can’t wait to return.

This apartment is located in a beautiful area, with a lake, walking track, shopping centre and very clean surroundings. The apartment was extremely clean and modern. There was a lovely breeze coming in from balcony and was most welcomed during the hot weather. We recommend this apartment and the host was welcoming and easy to reach and very helpful. If you are looking for a nice home close to shops, the bus station or a quick drive to CBD this is the place to be. We liked the trees with all the birds in the front yard. Linda was always very responsive.
