Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a unique & modern space that's a little luxurious. The inside of the studio is fresh & clean with a new lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. Our place is close to art and culture, great views,, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities , the city. You’ll love this place because of the location as you can walk down through china town all the way to the city and through the museum and art gallery, also there is the free bus close by if you would rarther. The new Elisabeth quay is also close In the opposite direction you have beaufort street cafes and boutique shops as well as Inglewood night markets and NIB stadium.
