Richard and Renata's apartment was absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best places we've stayed in Melbourne. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring while still being able to unwind at the end of the day. What really stood out was their communication; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to our needs, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. A definite must-return!

Perfect Location & Impeccable Stay! The apartment boasts an unbeatable location with a major shopping mall directly downstairs, offering ultimate convenience for daily needs. The room was exceptionally clean, organized, and hands down the **most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve experienced**—they’ve thought of every detail! My stay was utterly comfortable, and I’ll 100% book here again when visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend!

This apartment was well-located for Monash's Clayton Campus. It is linked to a mall, luxe, and has everything one needs in terms of the amenities. There was a carpark and use of the swimming pool. Most of all, Kim truly deserves her superhost status. She provided clear instructions, well in advance, and a very responsive host. She was thoughtful and even provided drinks in the fridge for us. She warm, friendly, and caring and afforded us lots of other help. We are so grateful for a wonderful stay at Kim's M-city home.

Lovely stay, everything went well. The house is really nice and even though it’s out of the centre it’s pretty easy to get trains etc. minor issues, no bins inside the property so we had to use our shopping bags as a bin which end up getting quite smelly after a few days. Thank you

Alicia's beautiful home was perfect for my parents who had come to visit me in Melbourne for a month. We even tried to extend for another week but unfortunately it was already booked. The location is super convenient as there is a shopping centre in walking distance where you can buy all the basic groceries and household items. We had asked for spare towels and linen which Alicia was more than happy to provide. If you have small children, the property is perfect as there are quite a few toys, a cot, and a baby chair. There's also a really nice outdoor covered deck with a Tv. The freeway is right by the house as well which is so convenient. Only downside was the WiFi connection in the living room which I think can easily be upgraded. It seemed to constantly get disconnected from the tv which the tv was great btw. Had all the show apps logged into. Thank you so much for your hospitality Alicia. My parents are looking forward to staying here again when they come back.

Our family of seven had a fantastic stay. When I shared that my son had a high fever, Elliot was incredibly accommodating and arranged an early check-in so he could rest immediately. He also thoughtfully provided a travel cot and high chair, which we truly appreciated. The location was excellent—just a stone’s throw from Chadstone Shopping Mall, with plenty of food options nearby. Thank you, Elliot, for the warm hospitality. Wishing you all the best!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious and clean and multiple sitting spaces to relax. The kitchen is a great size and has all necessities. The host was responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a great stay in Ashwood! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our group. It had all the essentials and more, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient, with shops and cafes nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which made for a very relaxing stay. The host was responsive and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a note for future guests: take extra caution when using the shower, as it’s set over a bathtub with a swing glass door. It can be a bit difficult to climb in and out, especially for those with limited mobility. Other than that, everything was great!

The house was conveniently located. Easy drive to the supermarket. Plenty of bathrooms so it's quite convenient for a big group. Only wished that the yard was better maintained and that the sofa could be cleaner.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

Wonderful home way from home. The interior and design of the rooms are fantastic. Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome as she is well informed about the area, sharing great suggestions on what to see and do. Very well equiped kitchen (blender, storage cans, herbs, oil for baking) and bathroom (perfect rain shower, lovely showergel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent) Rooms can be made dark for good sleep. Location is very nice with a yoga studio in the same street and a beautiful area for jogging. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Does what it says on the box, a plain but pleasant and comfortable 2 bedroom flat with some nice restaurants and public transport a 5 minute walk away - would definitely stay again
